From Behind the Table
The 2nd Annual Lagersfield was a celebration for BottleShock owner JJ's birthday, and we were stoked to have Eye & I On-Site as part of the party!
So this recap comes from where we actually stood all night: behind the Eye & I On-Site table, printer running, strips coming off warm, handing people something to take home while Morning Drive played a great set of reggae tunes and DJ Richard Deval got people movin' and groovin'.
That's the whole idea behind On-Site. You walk up, you strike a pose, and a few seconds later you're holding a printed keepsake with your face on it, framed in that sunset-and-hops Lagersfield artwork. Couples, best friends, whole crews squeezing into frame. Every strip is one real moment from JJ's party that somebody kept.
We had a great time. The booth stayed busy, the clothesline filled up with strips, and the sticker sheets moved fast. Second annual, and it already feels like a tradition. Here's the night, told in the strips we sent home with people.

New Gear, Live Debut
This one doubled as a proving ground behind the table. It was the first time we ran the app built in-house for the photo strips out in the field, and the first time the photo printer and sticker printer worked the same booth together. Two new pieces of the workflow, both getting tested live in front of a packed crowd.
The printers had other plans for a bit. Even wired in over USB-C, the connection kept dropping mid-print. Might've been Bluetooth interference in the air, we honestly don't know yet. What we do know: a line of people waiting on their strip is not the moment to troubleshoot a cable.
So we improvised by adding my cell phone to the workflow.. Slower than the plan, but it worked, and nobody standing at the table ever knew the difference. Now it's homework before the next one: get that connection locked in for good.
