Who We Are

The I Behind the Eye

Eye & I Creative Services is a community experience studio rooted in Central California. Before it was a business, it was two people in festival crowds helping strangers become friends.

What We Are

Eye & I Creative Services combines live activations, photography, creative design, and physical keepsakes to help people feel part of something. We partner with festivals, artists, businesses, and community organizations to create experiences people want to join, share, remember, and return to.

Angel Raygoza and Heather Bryan of Eye and I

Our mission is to create belonging through shared experiences.

We design moments that help people feel seen and connected, then give them something to carry home: a photograph, a keepsake, a new friendship, a tradition.

Where It Comes From

Eye & I grew from the California reggae and live music community, where music became more than entertainment and fellow attendees became friends, family, and community. It is where Angel and Heather met, and their relationship grew through the same concerts, friendships, and shared traditions that now shape the work: the company is them giving back to a community that shaped their lives.

Before it was a business, it was event photography, grassroots promotion, online community building, family photos, trivia, exchanges, scavenger hunts, and small creative ideas that gave people a reason to meet. The lesson from all of it: the meaningful part was never the photograph or the sticker. It was the connection that happened around it.

Shoot On Sight

Angel Raygoza

Angel brings a background in event photography, visual design, grassroots promotion, community leadership, and experiential production. The camera came first; the realization that the crowd itself was the story came soon after.

Heather Bryan of Eye and I
Eye of HB

Heather Bryan

Heather brings entrepreneurial experience from building her own photography business, along with a natural gift for hospitality and human connection that has become central to the Eye & I experience. She is often the first smile people see, the familiar face they recognize at an event, and the person they naturally approach for a conversation or a hug.

The Name

The name joins their creative histories: Heather's Eye of HB, Angel's Shoot On Sight, and their On-Site roots. It also carries the reggae expression "I and I": unity, interconnectedness, the belief that the distance between us is not as great as it appears. Community is not an audience to market to. It is something to participate in and build alongside.

Documenting vs. Creating

Most event photographers document an experience someone else created. Most promotional companies focus on visibility. Most merchandise companies produce objects. Eye & I connects all three. We create the experience, invite people into it, document what happens, and turn the memory into something you can hold. The photo strip or sticker is not the product. It is the physical reminder of the moment it came from.

Our favorite measure of success is a simple question: "Are you doing this again next year?" That is when an activation becomes a tradition.

What We Believe

Community over audience

We build with people, not simply around them.

Participation over promotion

The strongest experiences invite people to become part of the story.

Experiences over transactions

The object may be a print or a sticker. The value is the memory attached to it.

Traditions over one-time moments

We aim to create experiences people look forward to year after year.
